How the radar is curated

Draft, not legal advice. This page is a placeholder written to show the structure. The final text will be written or reviewed by a lawyer before the iPhone app ships. Questions in the meantime: hello@whatsnuevo.com.

How picks are chosen

Every place and event is picked by a person. We look for new and genuinely interesting spots: independent restaurants, cocktail bars, cafés, nightlife and events worth planning around. No fast food and no basic strip-mall chains. There is no paid placement; nobody can buy a spot on the radar.

Where the information comes from

Local food and nightlife press, the venue's own announcements and social posts, and public listings. Each listing credits its source with a "Found via" link. Ratings come from public review counts.

Corrections

Spotted a wrong date, a closed place or a misplaced pin? Use Report a listing (or ⋯ → Report a problem in the app). We check every report.

Removal requests

Venue owners can ask us to update or remove a listing through Help.

Photos and takedowns

Photos are credited to their source. If you own a photo and want it removed or credited differently, tell us through Help and we'll act on it quickly.
